Package #1 – Reception Piano / DJ

Package #2 - Ceremony Piano / DJ

Package #3 – Ceremony & Reception
Piano / DJ
Starts at $1295*

This base package includes: a performance on a piano provided by your event premises for your wedding ceremony and reception dinner (2 hour max), and DJ/MC service for your entire reception (without "end time" limitations)

~ for ceremony amplification service (up to 2 mics) add $125
~ for portable electric piano use add $75
(portable piano cannot be re-located mid-event)

*The following circumstances all incur additional charges (contact Joe for estimates):

  • Any outdoor set-up: flat $50 fee
  • Events located in Everett & “north of”, events located in Tacoma & “south of”, events located east of Snoqualmie, events on the peninsula, & all events requiring ferry travel
  • Receptions requiring multiple room service (cocktail hour music in one room, dinner/dancing in another)
  • Events requiring “multi-location” setup (ceremony and reception at completely different locations)
  • Ceremony amplification service requiring more than 2 microphones
  • Set-ups requiring remote parking, stairways and extended equipment carrying distances

Joe does not travel outside King or Snohomish counties on Saturdays June through September.

All event prices include one weekday preparatory meeting (in addition to free consultation) with clients or appropriate parties scheduled at least one week in advance in Seattle’s University Village. It is often ideal to save this meeting for a time just before the event, usually within two weeks, when the bulk of your planning has been done!
